We use Speed Queen and Maytag washers and dryers, monitor their performance, make routine service checks, and replace machines before they reach the end of their life cycle, to ensure that the equipment you use delivers optimal results.

Our service technicians visit laundry rooms every day to troubleshoot and correct problems that are reported, as well as those that we discover on our weekly rotation through all of the complexes we serve. Our staff is available to meet you in the laundry room to discuss any issue that you have encountered.
The Right Vision/Technology
Constantly looking for ways to improve your laundry experience, we’re currently in the process of adding a coin-less app onto more than 1100 machines so that you never have to look for change or cash in order to do your laundry.
If the complex you live in is currently using the PayRange app, please download the free app from the app store on your phone. Once installed, you can attach a credit card, debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or ACH to load the app. PayRange uses Bluetooth, so your phone’s data usage will not be affected. Your first wash is on us!
