Our company has been providing laundry services to apartment communities in New Jersey since 1991. Privately-owned and operated, we pride ourselves on our ability to make it easy and affordable for residents to do laundry at home rather than having to venture out to laundromats or engage expensive outside services.
Our Locations
At present, we operate laundry facilities in 42 apartment complexes across Union, Essex, Morris and Somerset counties. In order to deliver the best possible experience, we service all of these machines with our own professionals. We also rely on alerts from residents and building managers to help us spot problems quickly. In most cases, we are able to make repairs within a matter of days.

Our Machines
At present, our equipment is a combination of top and front loading machines that are operated either by coin or cash card. We are currently in the process of rolling out a technology advancement to allow our customers to operate our machines via an app called PayRange and automatically replenish funds through the app.
If the complex you live in now offers the PayRange technology, please download the free app from the app store on your phone. Once installed, you can attach a credit card, debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or ACH to load the app. PayRange uses Bluetooth, so your phone’s data usage will not be affected. Your first wash is on us!
