All of our machines are designed for frequent use. On occasion, a machine might not start or might display an error code. In most cases, just knowing what to do can allow you to correct the situation and continue without interruption. If that is not the case, we have a number of ways in which you can contact us in order to initiate a repair and/or a refund.
Getting the best experience from our machines
The complaints we hear most often are that the washer isn’t properly draining the clothes, or that clothes are not fully dry at the end of the drying cycle. In almost all cases, this is because the machines have been loaded beyond their capacity.
Washers need to be able to move water between the clothes and to use the spin cycle to remove excess water. When a machine is overloaded, it can’t do that. Same is true with dryers that need to be able to move hot air between the clothes as they tumble freely. If the clothes are packed too tightly, the dryer can’t get the hot air between the layers.
To get the best performance from machines, please don’t overload them. You will have a better experience running one additional load.
